Who we are:

There are a great number of degree and engineering colleges imparting education to lakhs of students – every year, based on the curriculum designed by the universities they are affiliated to. Unfortunately, more often than not, the syllabi covered during the entire course of study is oriented more towards academics than towards the industry. This creates a wide gulf between what the students are trained-in and what the industry demands. Hence, the students find themselves wanting – in the very skills they need, to find employment.

On the other hand, to compound this problem further, the prospective employers prefer candidates with experience, which is not possible to get unless they find employment in the first place. We at Train2Pro, facilitate the employment process of potential candidates by training them in exactly those skills that the prospective employers seek and make them job-ready.
